1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BVM Institute of Applied Technology portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Application & Eligibility

Registration on this portal constitutes an application for training. Acceptance into any program is subject to:

• Verification of identity (Aadhar card required).
• Meeting the specific educational requirements of the selected track (SWP/SDP/EDP).
• Availability of seats in the selected batch.

3. Code of Conduct

Candidates are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout their training. This include following site safety protocols, maintaining 80% biometric attendance for certified courses, and adhering to the "Guru Shishya" tradition of mentorship and respect.

4. Certification

Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of the curriculum and evaluation by 3rd party assessment bodies. BVM does not guarantee employment but provides industry-recognized certification and skill bridging to improve employability.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, curriculum architecture, and digital assets provided by BVM are the intellectual property of Bharatiya Vidya Mandir and its associates. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BVM Institute of Applied Technology will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this portal or participation in training programs, except where required by law.
